SDA/SDS High Efficiency Desulfurization Technology

Efficient SDA desulfurization technology

SDA means spray drying absorption, and SDA high-efficiency desulfurization technology is rotary spray drying desulfurization absorption technology, which mainly includes slaked lime slurry curing preparation system, SDA spray absorption system, bag dust removal, pneumatic conveying and by-product warehouse, etc. The core equipment is SDA spray device, gas distribution device, reactor and bag dust collector.

Efficient SDS desulfurization technology

SDS means sodium-based dry desulfurization. SDS high-efficiency desulfurization technology uses sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as deacidifying agent to absorb and remove acid gases such as SO2, HCl and HF in flue gas. It includes sodium bicarbonate grinding and pulverizing system, SDS spray absorption system, bag dust removal system, pneumatic conveying system and by-product warehouse, etc. The core equipment is grinding and pulverizing device, SDS spray device and bag dust collector.

    • Efficient SDA desulfurization technology

      The flue gas enters the spray drying tower, and contacts with the absorbent droplets atomized by the spray device. The absorbent droplets fully contact with the acid components in the flue gas, absorbing and removing acid gases such as SO2, HCl and HF. After the flue gas is deacidified, it enters the dust collector (electrostatic precipitator or bag filter) for dust removal, and then it is discharged.

    • Efficient SDS desulfurization technology

      Due to transportation and storage, the raw materials of sodium bicarbonate in the market are usually coarse particles (d50 is about 150-200 μm). To achieve high reactivity, the adsorbent must have a large specific surface area. Therefore, before being injected into the flue reactor, the sodium bicarbonate must be ground so that the fineness of sodium bicarbonate can meet the requirement of d90<20µm.

    Efficient SDA desulfurization technology

    The desulfurization efficiency is as high as 80-95%, and the by-products have good fluidity and are easy to treat. It is not affected by boiler operation and has good operation flexibility; Can quickly adapt to the changes of flue gas flow, composition and concentration; Low water consumption and no sewage; The system is simple, the workload of operation and maintenance is small, and the operation and maintenance cost is low; The absorption tower and its downstream equipment will not be stuck or blocked, and there is no need for corrosion protection; It has a high removal rate for SO3, HCl, HF and other acidic substances, and spraying activated carbon can remove dioxins and heavy metals.

     

    Efficient SDS desulfurization technology

    Dry system, without water consumption; Low investment, small floor area and simple technological process; Low energy consumption, no corrosion and low maintenance cost; The desulfurization efficiency can be arbitrarily and rapidly adjusted within the range of 90-98 % according to the original SO2 concentration and load. The by-product, desulfurization ash (sodium sulfate), can be recycled; It has a high removal rate for SO3, HCl, HF and other acidic substances, and spraying activated carbon can remove dioxins and heavy metals.
