The slurry fuel preparation and combustion technology relies on the School of Thermal Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University , Institute of Thermal Energy Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Clean Utilization of Energy, and National Environmental Protection Coal-fired Air Pollution Control Engineering Technology Center. It has a number of unique patented technologies and won national and provincial awards for many times.

The slurry fuel preparation and combustion technology is independently developed by Pyneo, which has completely independent intellectual property rights. It pioneered a number of key combustion technologies, solved the problems of high-moisture slurry combustion and enhanced ignition and high-efficiency burnout, which is in the leading position in the world. More than 1,000 slurry fuel boilers have been successfully put into operation at home and abroad, among which the 670t/h new-type special boiler of fully burning coal water slurry  is the largest in the world, with a market share of over 95%. At present, the technology has been or is being successfully exported to Italy, Russia, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan and African conuntries, and Taiwan Province.

     ●  A number of key technologies of coal water slurry boiler combustion have been pioneered, which have solved the problems of intensified ignition and efficient burnout of high moisture slurry combustion, and have been applied in various boilers and kilns. According to the coal provided by customers, the slurry ability test of coal can be carried out.

     ●  The combustion efficiency of slurry boiler is more than 99%, the thermal efficiency of industrial slurry boiler is more than 85%, the thermal efficiency of power station or large-scale coal-water slurry boiler is more than 90%, and the adjustable load range is 40% ~ 100%. It is an original dual-purpose (or triple-purpose) burner for coal-water slurry and oil (or gas).

     ● The original cross-jet multi-mixing coal water slurry nozzle solves the problem of efficient atomization of high viscosity non-Newtonian liquid-solid two-phase flow. It has the advantages of good atomization performance, anti-blocking, anti-abrasion, safe use, convenient operation, etc. The rated flow rate is from 100kg/h to 8,000 kg/h, which is suitable for atomization combustion of various slurry fuels. It obtained the invention patents and utility model patents , and was rated as a provincial industrial new product.

     ● Successfully develop a variety of slurry fuel low NOx burners, including four-corner direct current, six-corner direct current, swirling flow, side wind and other forms, achieving the performance of strengthening ignition, stabilizing combustion and promoting burnout, which are suitable for various fuels such as coal water slurry, water coke slurry, heavy oil and coal tar. It has been successfully applied to 10t/h, 15t/h, 20t/h, 35t/h, 60t/h, 65t/h, 75t/h, 85t/h, 100t/h, 130t/h, 150t/h, 220t/h, 240t/h and other full series of coal water slurry boilers. It obtained the invention patents and utility model patents and was assessed as the scientific and technological achievements of Zhejiang Province.

    • The combustion efficiency of slurry boiler is more than 99%, the thermal efficiency of industrial slurry boiler is more than 85%, the thermal efficiency of power station or large-scale coal-water slurry boiler is more than 90%, and the load can be adjusted from 40% to 100%.     • The successful development of coal-water slurry reburning denitration technology reduce the NOx emission concentration in flue gas to below 300mg/Nm³, and it was successfully applied in 670t/h coal-water slurry utility boiler.

    Slurry fuel is composed of 60 ~ 70% coal, 40 ~ 30% water and about 0.5% additive. It can be stored, transported and atomized and burned like oil, and has the characteristics of low sulfur content, low combustion temperature, high combustion efficiency and low emission concentration of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides produced after combustion.
